  6. I am just looking forward to the day when there are no living veterans, which will mean no wars for three generations, and that obviously is never going to happen. We never learn and as soon as one war winds down we embark on another.

  16. I am in awe of the courage shown by soldiers/marines/navy, and thus have lots of respect for them. I always wish my students on such days.
