BILL ARRIVED!

We picked Bill up today at Richmond Airport.  The traffic was heavy and it rained like a monsoon, but we left in good time and we only had a few minutes to spare before we saw him walking down the hallway.

More traffic and more rain but we are back home, sitting around chatting like we have known each other all our lives.  This is the first time we have actually met but we are distant cousins, we are family and we haven't stopped talking.

Even though we had all the fixings for our evening meal at home, we (me and the mouse in my pocket) thought it would be a great idea to go to the Bonefish Grill before actually going home.  It was a good decision as we had a lovely time getting to know one another while eating a delicious meal.

Two photos of us and then I took photos of the appetizer, Bang-Bang Shrimp and the bread that we shared, and here is my meal of Pecan Encrusted Trout with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli.

Bill had a glass of Pinot Grigio and I had a Blue Hawaiian.

I forgot to take photos of our dessert but Gregg had Creme Brulee and Bill and I shared a warm brownie with vanilla ice-cream.  We had asked the young lady to put our shared dessert on two individual plates.  The whole meal was delicious.

Now we are back home, having had a nice cup of tea to finish off our evening.

I don't know what we are going to do tomorrow, we will sort that out when we get up in the morning.
